Each year the Board of Directors for the Hutchinson Junior League Baseball Association works diligently to keep the costs for its' participants as low as we can. We do this through various fundraisers including; donations, hosting baseball tournaments and a golf tournament. In the past years we have raised nearly $10,000 each year. This year is no different. However, as we host more baseball tournaments we need your help in running them. Much of the income comes from concessions, which require a great deal of manpower. We will be hosting 5 tournaments plus our season ending in house tournament and the total manpower to staff these tournaments will approach 500 hurs. Last year we had 30 teams and nearly 400 players in the association so if each family worked 1-2 hours we could easily staff these tournaments. We plan to work with the coaches/managers of each team and assign times for their team to work. We will do our best to keep teams from working when their team is playing. We apppreciate all the effort that you give to the association and we will continue to grow and provide a fun and enjoyable opportunity for your children. Board of Directors, HJLBA
